1-on-1 yoga session
I can tailor a sequence to meet your specific needs and preferences. In a 1-on-1 session you have my undivided attention, which enables me to speak to exactly where you are at, to work with your personal edge, while you can also ask questions at any time, creating a class that is completely focused on your personal practice and progress.
Group yoga
I’m a fan of guerilla yoga! Where there is a critical mass (aka group of friends) the collective energy of group yoga fills you with the best buzz for the rest of the day! Whether it’s 3 or 10 of you, get in touch and we can find a time.
Corporate yoga
Yoga is great at work for stress-relief, balancing, calming & energising, to feeling more connecting and supported by your employer. Just 30 minutes of yoga can reset and recharge you for the day, while reducing RSI and back pain, and improving circulation, fitness, and resilience. Yoga shifts us into our parasympathetic nervous state (PNS), increasing blood flow to the pre-frontal cortex enabling our best creative and strategic thinking) so, making time for yoga is excellent for productivity at work too.
